After a hiring manager logs into the app, they are directed to the homepage. I designed this page to prioritize tasks, with the most critical ones highlighted in red at the top and less urgent tasks listed below. Clicking on the top card seamlessly navigates users to the next page.

I designed this screen to display a detailed timesheet, with the most important information at the top for easy access. Users can view attachments via a navigation tab. The hiring manager can quickly make decisions by approving or rejecting with clearly styled green and red buttons that indicate the respective actions.

Instead of completing all fields for the work order as you would have in the SAP Fieldglass desktop application, you complete a subset. I streamlined the process to allow users to complete tasks quickly from their phone, saving valuable time for those on the go. By clicking "More Actions," they can easily access a flyout menu with additional options.

You can view or close workers using the SAP Fieldglass Manager Hub app, as well as perform Quick Hires from it. I designed a list view floor plan that allows users to select a job seeker and perform actions through the footer button toolbar for easy navigation and interaction.

I was responsible for designing the mobile app icons and landing screens to promote the Manager Hub app on both the Apple and Google Play stores. This involved creating visually compelling and user-friendly graphics that would capture the attention of potential users while clearly conveying the app’s core features and value proposition. I worked closely with the development and marketing teams to ensure the designs were aligned with the app’s branding and messaging. The process included designing multiple iterations of the app icon and landing screens, optimizing them for both platforms to ensure they met their specific design guidelines and provided a seamless, engaging experience for users across different devices.
